As far as I can tell, its a Rhode Island and my bank thing. I've never had an issue in the four other states I've registered cars in. But, once it finally gets done, I only have to renew it every couple of years.

This is the most painful experience I've ever had registering a car in any of the states I've lived in.

@cyberlarson it only took me three weeks to get my passport, and I'm already on week three with the DMV and still haven't made any headway.

Its my first time out here, and I love it so far. Left early this morning, so there wasn't much traffic. Now I don't want to come back!

The one thing I noticed is now it warns me [a la Firefox] when I close a window with multiple tabs open. Also, you can bookmark all open tabs in a window with a single click [Bookmarks-> Add Bookmark For These X Tabs]. Probably others, but that's all I've noticed.
